Ratafias

Fruit ratafias are 15% ABV aperitifs made from fruit macerated in sweet wine, to which a mature ‘Marc de Champagne’ pomace brandy is often added. Served long with 2 ice cubes as an aperitif, these will thrill your taste buds with their characteristic, extremely fruity flavour. Always served chilled, they are a perfect accompaniment for foie gras and game pâté.  Definitely one to discover.
